The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person use this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with our product for any reason, just contact us, and we'll be happy to refund you. Contact us within 7 days of when the order was sent to us, and we'll process a full refund back to the original payment method.
If our product has been used, uploaded to your website, uploaded to a third party's website, or sold to another party-you are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation

-If you want to cancel your order for some reason, please inform us as early as possible, because once you send us your order, We'll start repairing your floor plan.
-We prepare a product (a digital product) as per the floor plan you sent to us; all are not the same. We put in our hard work and spend time to satisfy our client.

Legal note

  • We will modify (original to our design) supplied content, to suit the category chosen by you, or in accordance with the requests you have made at the commencement of a project. If your requests fall outside what we made that we will deliver, you may incur extra charges in order to complete those requests. If we cannot complete a project for you due to an un-foreseen event or complication, we agree that you will not pay for that.

  • We can’t guarantee that the content we return to you will not be viewed as misleading or false from another person(s) or company(s) perspective and so we can’t be liable to you or any third party for damages.

  • You also agree that we do not have knowledge of how the output data is going to be used and we cannot be held liable to you or any third party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of how you have chosen to use the output data.

  • Copyrights-

  • You guarantee to us that any elements of photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork that you provide us for inclusion are either owned by your good selves, or that you have permission to use them.
    When you pay for a project, copyright is automatically assigned as follows:- You own the content we return to you for this project. We’ll give you a copy of all files and you should store them really safely as we are not required to keep them or provide any native source files we used to make them.

  • You also own text content, photographs and other data you provided, unless someone else owns them.
    We show off our work and share what we have learned with other people, so you agree to allow us the right to display and link to images, both supplied and completed as part of our portfolio and to write about the project on websites, advertising.

License

Unless otherwise stated, homoplans.com and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on homoplans. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from homoplans for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
Sell, rent or sub-license material from homoplans
Reproduce, duplicate or copy the design

Hyperlinking to our Content

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:-
